No, comprehensive insurance is included in the daily price. Basic excess is set to $6500, which can be reduced to $1500 depending on your selected Protection Plan. Note, excess amounts may vary depending on your vehicle selection and your length of rental period.
No, all costs are as outlined in the rental agreement and T&C documents.
The excess amount is the maximum cost we charge you in the event of an accident or damage. We will charge you the lesser amount between the cost of repair and excess. Please refer to the rental agreement and T&C documentation for full details.
At this time, vehicle pick-up from the airport is unavailable. However, we can deliver the car to you at the airport or arrange transport from the airport to our location for a small service fee (can be selected under 'additional extras' when completing online booking).
We are located in the center of Auckland at 160 Broadway, Newmarket. Approximately 30 minutes from Auckland airport.
Although a full clean is not necessary, we ask that our vehicles are returned in a similar state as per time of pick-up. A cleaning fee of $80 NZD may be charged if the vehicle if returned in an unreasonable condition.
No, we accept all international driver licences written or translated in English.
Yes, all our vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at pick-up and must be returned with a full tank at drop-off.
No, insurance can only be offered with our policy.
Days are calculated on a 24 hour block. For example, if your rental period is 1 day then you must return the vehicle within 24 hours from time of pick-up. If returned later by more than 30 minutes, an additional day usage will be charged.
Yes, we can deliver the vehicle to your preferred location (residential, hotel) for a service fee. The fee may vary depending on the distance from our location (Newmarket, Auckland). Please contact us directly if this service is required.
The security deposit will be released once we are satisfied with the vehicle condition post drop-off. The transaction may take up to 24 hours depending on your banking institution.
